Cancellation & Refund

House of Tejomaya believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of booking the rooms.
  2. House of Tejomaya does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like eatables etc.
  3. In case you feel that the room received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our management within an hour after check-in. The management after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  4. In case of any Refunds approved by the House of Tejomaya, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
