About the Property

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in is available only if the hosts are notified at least a day in advance so that we can avoid any scheduling conflicts with other guests.

Is there a reception desk or self-check-in process?

We offer a self-check-in process for convenience. Before your arrival, we send detailed check-in instructions via our automated WhatsApp service or email.

About the Accommodations

Do all rooms come with shared bathrooms?

At our homestay, we have a shared bathroom setup for our dormitory guests and private bathrooms for those staying in private rooms. Our shared bathrooms have all basic essentials like paper rolls, hand wash and 24/7 hot water.

Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

We allow early check-in if guests request it at least a day in advance. However, if the room is occupied by other guests, early check-in won’t be possible.

Late check-out is not permitted, but guests with late-night or evening travel can store their luggage at the property at no extra cost.

Can I request an extra bed or mattress?

We do not provide extra mattresses for guests. Each room or bed is allocated to a specific number of guests as listed, and we kindly ask that occupancy limits are respected to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Is housekeeping included during the stay?

We don’t have on-demand room cleaning, Housekeeping is managed by a single staff member who arrives around noon each day. Guests requesting room cleaning are kindly asked to provide prior notice at least a day in advance to ensure availability.

Food & Beverages

Do you offer meals? If yes, what meals are included?

We don’t have a kitchen at the property so we request our guests staying in our private rooms to order breakfast for delivery. The breakfast orders are to be placed a day in advance. Cutlery and a menu are already provided in the rooms. Meals are not complimentary and must be paid for upon delivery.

Is there a restaurant or café nearby?

There are several wonderful restaurants and cafés near our homestay, offering a variety of local and international cuisines. While options may vary, we’re happy to recommend our favorite spots based on your preferences.

Amenities & Services

Do rooms have air conditioning or heating?

We do not have air conditioning or heating units at our property, as the weather here remains naturally cool. However, during the colder months, we provide heavy quilts to ensure a warm and comfortable stay.

Do you provide laundry services?

We do not provide in-house laundry services, but we can arrange for a local laundry service to pick up your laundry upon request.

Is there parking available?

We do not have dedicated parking at our property, but there are nearby public parking spaces available. Availability may vary, so we recommend checking in advance with us.
