  • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

Accommodations

  • Reservations are confirmed upon payment or as per the booking agreement.

  • Payment upon arrival is accepted but does not guarantee reservation, as availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Check-in is 11:00 AM onwards while Check-out is 10:30 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

  • Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

  • Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.

  • We accept only cash and UPI payments.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict guests engaging in disruptive behavior or violating house rules.

  • By confirming a booking, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Arrival Information

     1. CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in – 11:00 AM

Check-out – 10:30 PM

The property follows a self check in policy, where the guests will be sent a pass code for entering the premises incase the owner is not present. If the owner is present he/she will take out time to welcome the guests and show around the property (on request).

     2. ID REQUIREMENT & AGE POLICY

All guests are required to produce a valid government approved ID (passport, driving license, voter ID) at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must produce a valid passport & visa.

All guest must present the documents mentioned above or any additional documents that may be required  to ensure smooth check-in.

All guests must be 18 years of age in order to be registered at the hotel.

     3. SMOKING POLICY

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the room to avoid fire as most of the furniture is wooden based. They are, however, permitted outside in the balcony/patio.

     4. PET POLICY

The property is pet friendly and will be charged. However the cleanliness and care of the pet is entirely guests responsibility. Any damage done by the pet will be chargeable.

     5. PARKING

Street parking available infront of the property but not guaranteed.

Food Policy

We have partnered with a lovely ‘Ghar Ka Khana’ kitchen to deliver you a culinary experience that blends authenticity, flavor, and home-cooked goodness to your table.

  • Kitchen Timings: 09:00 am to 09:00 pm

  • Breakfast is only limited to the food mentioned on the menu, however lunch and dinner is à la carte.

  • Fresh juice is available depending upon the season.

  • The guests will be provided with cutlery and plates in the room itself.
